Pricing Questions
Monthly or one-time?
One-time packs suit a few videos and never expire. Monthly plans add credits every month for regular posting, and yearly plans cost ten months, so you get 2 months free.
Can I make just one AI trend video?
Yes. The Try it pack is a one-time payment of $9.99 for 10 credits, enough for one 480p video of any trend.
Does every trend cost the same?
Yes. Every template, from Hotel Lobby to the NEON AI dance and the flying car, costs 10 credits at 480p and 20 at 720p, on every plan.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Plan credits are valid for the billing month they were issued in and do not roll over; a yearly plan adds its credits at the start of each month.
How do I cancel a plan?
Cancel anytime from Billing in your account. Renewal stops and you keep the credits of the current month until it ends. To switch plans, use the same Billing page.
Is there a free trial?
No. There are no free credits; every video is paid for with credits from a pack or a plan.
What happens if a generation fails?
When a generation is confirmed as failed, its credits return automatically to the balance they came from.
What if a finished video looks wrong?
If a finished video clearly did not work, for example the wrong face was swapped or the clip is broken, report it from My videos within 7 days. We review every report and return the credits; for a video paid with a one-time pack we can refund what you paid for it to your card instead. We email you the outcome.
