Refund Policy
When AI Trend Video returns credits or refunds a payment, how to report a video that did not work, and how long a review takes.

AI Trend Video sells one-time credit packs and monthly or yearly plans. There is no free trial. This page explains when you get credits back or a refund. The Terms of Service apply as well.
Failed renders
If a generation is confirmed as failed, the credits it reserved return to your balance automatically. You do not need to do anything.
Videos that finished but did not work
If a video finishes but clearly did not work, report it from My videos within 7 days of it finishing. Press Report a problem on the video and tell us what went wrong, for example:
- The face does not look like the photo
- Someone from the template is still in it
- The two people are mixed up
- The video is glitchy or broken
When you report, choose what you would like if we approve it:
- Credits back: the credits for that video return to your balance.
- Refund: for a video paid with a one-time pack, what you paid for that video goes back to your original payment method: the pack price divided by its credits, times the credits the video used. Videos paid with plan credits get their credits back.
We review every report and email you the outcome. A refund can take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
A video that worked but is not to your taste is not covered.
Plans
Plans renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Billing in your account: renewal stops, you are not charged again, and you keep the credits already issued until they expire. We do not refund the current billing period of a plan you cancel.
Everything else
Otherwise, payments are not refundable once the credits are in your balance, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you by mistake, for example a duplicate charge. If you think a charge is wrong, email us and we will look into it.
